From November 28 to 29, the 2024 Annual Meeting of Building Sealing Materials Branch of China Building Waterproof Association and the 13th Building Sealing Materials Technology Seminar were held in Crowne Plaza Suzhou East the Taihu Lake Lake. Zhu Dongqing, Secretary General of China Building Waterproofing Association, Song Weimin, Vice President and Secretary General of China Building Metal Structure Association, Wang Xiaojun, President of Aluminum Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Branch of China Metal Structure Association, Hu Shuowen, Secretary General of Curtain Wall Engineering Branch of China Building Decoration Association, Yin Qingya, President of Building Sealing Materials Branch of China Building Waterproofing Association, and more than 200 enterprise representatives and technical personnel attended the meeting. Ye Shiming, R&D engineer of Baolongda, represented the company at the meeting.

The annual meeting will be chaired by the Secretary General of the branch, Wang Lan. Peng Chao delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the conference organizer, State Inspection Group Suzhou Company. Zhu Dongqing, Song Weimin, Wang Xiaojun, writer Hu, Qu Peihua, and Yin Qingya delivered keynote speeches and invited technical experts and entrepreneurs in urban renewal, renovation, new energy vehicles, wind power, photovoltaics, and other fields to share their latest research results and experiences.

The conference commended the "2023-2024 Green Product/Green Building Material Certification Demonstration Enterprise" and the "2023-2024 CTC Product Quality Certification Demonstration Enterprise", and awarded certificates to the units and individuals who participated in the preparation of the GB 16776 "Silicone Structural Sealant for Buildings" standard, as well as the individuals who wrote the annual conference proceedings. Ye Shiming, the R&D engineer of the group, received the above honors on behalf of the company.

Grasping the new situation of industry development, mastering the technological innovation power of the industry, accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity, and further promoting the high-quality development of the sealing materials industry have become the core essence of this conference! In the technical exchange session, 12 experts and scholars gave exciting reports on the selection of raw materials for sealing materials, product research and development, production technology improvement, testing and certification standards, and engineering application cases.
