On June 3, 2025, the "China Russia Green Organic Silicon Polymer Materials Chemistry and Chemical Industry Seminar" was grandly held at Shandong University. This conference is jointly organized by Shandong University, Zhejiang University of Technology, the Organic Chemistry Academic Committee of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the China Fluorosilicon Organic Materials Industry Association. Ten top scientists, including five academicians from the Russian Academy of Sciences, and experts and professors from the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong University, Zhejiang University of Technology, Nankai University and other industries attended the meeting and conducted academic exchanges. Zeng Qingming, Chairman of the Group, Zhang Di, Secretary of the Party Branch, and Zhang Jian, President of the Institute of Organosilicon Technology, were invited to attend the meeting.

The representative of the organizer and the attending leaders delivered speeches, congratulating the seminar and looking forward to the prospects of cooperation between the two countries in this field. The roundtable forum focuses on cutting-edge topics such as "innovation of organic silicon composite materials", "substitution of industrial fillers and phenolic resins", "comprehensive utilization of organic silicon monomers", and "application of organic silicon in microelectronics industry". During the conference, Russian Academy of Sciences academicians Aziz Muzafarov, Mikhail Egorov, Igor Fedyushkin, Sergey Ponomarenko, Maxim Bermeshev, and foreign academician Martin M ö ller, accompanied by Professor Feng Shengyu, Professor Zhu Xiaomin, and Professor Wang Dengxu, visited Baolongda for research and detailed understanding of the development of enterprise industry university research cooperation, talent construction, and scientific research and development.
